• We will weigh the truck with and without your items inside to determine the weight.
• We only use professional and documented truck scales.
• Your possessions will be consolidated onto tractor-trailers and each shipment has its own place in the trailer and shipments are separated.
• The consolidation process is done by locations of deliveries and we always find the most efficient route for each shipment.

• Trusted has several options for customers who require guaranteed delivery dates.
• Customers will be given a 3 day window once the shipment will be picked up.
• Delivery dates & time can vary, depending on several factors.
• We will always update and communicate with our customers regarding delivery status.
• For customers that will not be ready for delivery immediately after the pickup, we offer 30 days of free storage.

Upon delivery, the crew will be placing the items where you instruct them and will reassemble any items that were taken apart for safe transportation.
