Our Green Commitment
Trusted Van Lines is dedicated to making every move as efficiently as possible, thus reducing our usage of packing materials, paper and plastic waste, and let us not forget, diesel. We are committed to reducing our waste and constantly improving our way of doing business, it is our responsibility to improve the environment that we live and work in. Below you can read about the steps and contributions we are taking daily to help the environment.
Paper Free Workspace
On all of our online and on-site estimates, our usage of paper is limited, all estimates and relevant information will be sent to you by emails and other online
resources. This has already reduced our usage of paper by more then 80%.
Reducing Power Usage
All computers and monitors are turned off daily, It is always better to open a window or a door then to use air conditioning. Lights are always off in areas that have natural sun/day lights.
By using newer trucks and making the proper maintenance on time, we are able to get more mileage out of every gallon, all of our trucks are equipped with GPS so we can drive the fastest and most efficient rout, thus reducing the use of diesel.
Recyclable Packing Materials
- Most of our packing supplies are made from recyclables and are recyclable, we always try to minimize the use of packing materials by efficiently packing your items, we are able to use the space of each box to its full potential.
- We use special techniques to crate your fragile items, art and antiques, such techniques allow us to eliminate the use of wooden crates.
- By reusing wardrobe boxes we are able to minimize your cost of buying packing supplies and we save trees.
